About Us
We’re Brave Cat Digital — a boutique web development agency building premium websites for small and mid-size businesses around the world. Our work is fast, creative, and built to impress. Now we’re looking for a sales partner to help us grow.
The Role
We need a driven salesperson who can consistently close 5–10 website projects per month and take full ownership of the sales cycle. You’ll be the face of our agency, working directly with clients to understand their needs and show them the value of a premium Brave Cat website. Our focus is on helping small and mid-size businesses upgrade their online presence, so your job will be to connect with those owners and decision makers, and win their trust.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project handoff
Find and close new clients worldwide
Gather project requirements and complete our website order form
Maintain ongoing client communication during development (email + video calls)
Represent Brave Cat Digital on calls and meetings
Understand client needs and present our services with confidence
What We’re Looking For
Native or advanced English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with video calls and strong presentation skills
Professional appearance and communication (you’ll be the face of our agency)
Proven ability to sell digital services or similar solutions
Knowledge of web development or online business trends is a big plus
Compensation
25% commission per project closed + potential bonus if you close over 8 projects per month
Average project value: $2,000 – $15,000
High earnings potential based on performance

Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, email, and partnerships
Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists
Analyze performance data to improve ROI and optimize campaigns
Identify new market opportunities and create go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing goals with overall business objectives
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in senior marketing roles
Strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and performance growth
Experience managing marketing teams and budgets
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to scale digital businesses in competitive markets
