
NextDepot is a new Dubai-based supplier of interior renovation materials—drywall systems, paints, insulation, ceilings, and finishes—who asked us to launch fast and scale. We started with a high-speed landing page to validate messaging and capture leads, then moved into a full WordPress + WooCommerce build that will house 1,000+ products. The brand direction is a clean dark theme with strong contrast and product photography, but the story leads: why NextDepot is the best choice (stock depth, dependable delivery, trade pricing, and tech support) appears before the catalog. We wired Google Analytics (GA4) with clean UTM governance so ads and organic can be measured from day one. The stack is performance-minded (CDN images, script budget, structured data) and editor-friendly so the team can publish SKUs in batches without wrecking Core Web Vitals. Phase 1 (landing) is live; Phase 2 (full e-commerce) is in progress, with feeds and shared assets ready for Google Merchant and paid social once inventory is published.
